WE ARE A WELL-ESTABLISHED IMMIGRATION, VISA AND PERMIT SERVICE PROVIDER
Immigration Management Services, trading as Visa One, offers the full range of immigration services to local clients and those who live abroad. We are dedicated to our clients and committed to delivering excellent service. Among us, we have almost 40 years’ combined experience in immigration, visas, permits and related fields. We have the expertise to ensure the practical implementation of immigration rules – often amended by the Department of Home Affairs – is negotiated seamlessly and timeously.
Even though Visa One is not a law firm, we make sure every submitted application or any engagement on behalf of our clients complies with the Immigrations Act and regulations, and meets the highest possible legal standards. During the past five years, we have resorted to legal action on behalf of clients. By presenting their cases in the Cape High Court, many long-outstanding temporary and permanent residence applications from the Department of Home Affairs have been finalised.

ERIK VAN ZYL
Managing Member/Immigration Consultant
Erik joined Visa One after 18 years’ service with the Department of Home Affairs. During his final years at the department, he was a member of a departmental task team that drafted and finalised the Immigration Act and Regulations, introduced in April 2003.
Erik has a BCom (Law) degree from Stellenbosch University. His skills and experience in attending to immigration related matters, especially in view of frequent immigration law amendments, enables Visa One to assist and represent clients most efficiently. Such skills are essential to achieve the desired outcomes on behalf of our clients and for continued business operations.
ANGELIQUE LIEBENBERG
Office Manager
Angelique joined Visa One in 2011. She has experience in the financial and banking sector and a degree in Social Sciences. Angelique’s work ethic, people skills and administrative background, together with her experience at Visa One, positions her well to manage the office and business operations. Her sense of responsibility and attentiveness to clients’ enquiries enable the team to function efficiently in and out of the office. Her proficiency affords Erik more time and availability to consult with potential clients and attend to urgent matters on behalf of clients.
ADRIAN ADAMS
Operational Assistant
Adrian has been our operational assistant since 2009. His work experience includes vehicle renting and transport, wholesale and retail, and the hospitality industry. Adrian specialises in matters that require clients to report to the Department of Home Affairs and documents that have to be presented to and/or obtained from the department. He accompanies clients when they submit applications. In addition, he collects application outcomes and performs key administrative functions to ensure that services are rendered efficiently. He is a valued member of our team.

ACCREDITATIONS
We comply with the Immigration Act and related regulation in South Africa. Our consultancy services are unavailable through government channels. The application forms used during the immigration process can also be collected free of charge at any relevant immigration office.
